Four Points by Sheraton Denver Southeast Hotel

Upon arrival, we discovered urine stains on the toilet seat. When we turned down the bed to go to sleep, we discovered that sheets had not been changed from the previous overnight guests. There was hair and make-up on the sheets of one bed and shoe prints on the sheets of the other bed. We had to call room service to change the sheets and clean the bathroom. Additionally, we had to change rooms the second night because the heat wasn't working in the first room. After changing rooms and having no heat in the second room, we learned that the heating system worked fine. The hotel just chose not to turn the heat on until 11:00pm even though outside temperatures were near freezing each night. It took over an hour for the hot water to travel through the pipes to warm the air. We had to request a space heater for the room. When we expressed our discontent with our stay to the front desk manager, XXX, his only comment was, " I'm sorry."

Overall, we were very disappointed by the lack of cleanliness of the hotel, the lack of heat, and the lack of customer service. We will avoid this particular hotel in the future.

We tried the online travel Flight-Hotel program for the first time on our recent trip from Sacramento to Denver. We stayed at the 4 Points/Sheraton Hotel and discovered it was a very nice, clean Hotel located along I-25 in Denver, Colorado. The one concern I had was there was some sort of a drag queen convention going on the Saturday night of our arrival and my date was extremely embarrassed but other then that it was a very nice experience. The Front Desk people were very helpful and gave us some good advice on dining places near the Hotel. Clean rooms and comfortable beds.

This was my second stay at this hotel. The hotel is older with a rustic western feel. It has a great lounge area with a view of the mountains, a great breakfast service, an exercise area with more than the average number of machines, and both an indoor and outdoor pool. My only complaints are that it didn't have much of a business center, and some of the machines in the exercise room did not work properly. I would stay there again as it is a good value for the money.

Well, I'm still here against my better judgement. First, getting the my elevator was a real project. Had to take a few turns and hallways (bypassing other elevators to get to "elevator E"). Once I got here, the room smells like smoke, despite requesting non-smoking. It smells horrible in here. I couldn't find my way out because of the screwy elevator thing so I went out the back door and walked around the building. On my way to the front of the hotel, there was a very expensive SUV with the back window broken out of it. Apparently robbed. There is no mini fridge or microwave so I'm on my own for food (I'm eating chips and dip for dinner). Hotel is old but appears somewhat clean I guess. I have to say that the bed is really comfortable...Oh...the power strip was full of plugs from lamps and TV so I only have one for my laptop. I have to charge my cellphone in the bathroom. Wired internet access in the room is free but it's free for a reason. It keeps disconnecting. When I called the help desk, the recording said there is no internet access at this time. That really stinks when you're here on business. It is right on a major highway so getting anywhere is very convenient and there are quite a few places to grab a bite around here. Also, Starbucks is almost next door. Last thing is that apparently you can't get in from the back of the building however I got in from a handicapped access that wasn't locked. That's a lttle scary,,,,good luck should you choose this hotel...Hope this helps

Hotel was very nice, rooms were clean and the location was right off of I25, easy commute to DTC and I also made it into downtown in 15 minutes durning rush hour. Restaurant within the hotel was convenient and the food was good. Friendly staff.

We checked in late due to a 5 hour airport delay and our first room reeked of smoke after requesting nonsmoking. Got new room which had the toilet protestion strip used and in the waste basket.
